As a single elderly female I have been “taken” by contractors and salesmen in the past. I have complete confidence in Royal House/Paul. How nice it is to work with someone who is honest, upright, straightforward and not pushy! I had a simple gutter replacement plus a special-needs drainage problem with a poorly installed carport. Paul came up with a workable solution that will eliminate the high maintenance of clogged gutters I have had in the past! Clearly, he and his crew take pride in a job well done! We were denied a hail damage claim last year from our home insurance company. They recognized hail damage significant enough to deform aluminum as parts of gas vents, etc. but denied hail to the shingles!! They blew us off! Paul inspected the roof after our last storm and prepared an “evidence”report for us. We submitted our last claim with this professionally prepared report and I’m sure the Ins. Co. felt we were preparing for a more serious claim effort, one they couldn’t deny! We were quickly approved and this adjuster was generous with our replacement assessment. Of course, Paul was there to add the expert strength to his report!! We were approved for a full roof and gutter replacement! AND because Paul identified our roof as a “Tamko” product we were able to collect additional money because of a “class action settlement” we didn’t know about, that added to our roof funds! He knows roofing products and systems, to building codes and law, plus the insurance company games. Added together he gives added value to you and your next roofing decision. PLUS, the guy is crazy passionate about his business process, crew and costumer care. Do yourself a favor and work with Royal House Roofing and experience a great well informed replacement outcome!!
